Fashion Happens- Fall/Winter 2010

Everyone wants to be trendy for this fall/winter but how can you do it with out knowing the latest trends? Don't worry because we've got your back. The latest fashion that hit the hottest runways are now holiday trends and we've got them all for you.

SULTRY TURTLE NECKS: Despite the thoughts that turtle necks can not be sexy these designers featured them on their runway. It's not what you wear but how you wear it and turtle necks are "what's hot" for the fall/winter 2010/2011 season. Spice up the close fitting shirt with bold accessories and fun colors to transition from dull to a funky piece.

High Collars: These aren't only fashionable but they're practical as well. Just add a flip to your chic winter coat and in a flash you've just made your look that more trendy!

Military: This style is getting more and more popular around the world even though it is a total contrast to the lattest trend. Gisele Bundchen even rocked the militant trend in her Vogue photo shoot. Try this cool style this fall/winter.

Quilting: No, this isn't your traditional quilting done by your grandma. This is actually fabulous. Winter is cold and the warmer garmets you wear the better. This technique is always used when making coats beacause it is so warm in the BURRtiful season!

Patchwork: As with the pancho, you have to be a creative being to wear patchwork. If you add too many accessories you'll be over doing it but if you dont put enough you'll be missing something. These three designers got it right as they sent their unforgettable pieces down the runway. The greatest thing about patchwork is that you won't be one in the crowd, you'll have millions of ways to stand out.

Wide pants: Lots of wide pants graced the runway this spring. Some were monotone while others were full of color and sparkle. You can go many routes witht his pant. It's totally up to you.

FRINGE: Fringe was in a couple of seasons ago and it seems like it's back and better than ever. However, fringe isn't so widely used. It goes only on clothes and not shoes, or hand bags.

Thigh-high boots: These boots are every womans favorite when winter rolls around. They look sexy and feel comfortable. This is still a trend and you have one more season to rock your best look.

GLOVES: It should be no surprise that gloves are in for the fall/winter season for 2010/2011. When are they out? You can choose from lacy or fingerless gloves.
